Natural graphite
Use Cases
Natural graphite is our primary raw material, which we source from reliable suppliers and carefully select for further processing. It took millions of years for graphite to develop its current properties, and we are fully aware of the responsibility that comes with working with this valuable material. By selecting the right material, we predetermine the final properties, which we further enhance through our production process. The main beneficial properties of graphite include excellent lubricity, resistance to pressure, resistance to chemicals, resistance to high temperatures, and good electrical and thermal conductivity.
Coarse natural graphite
For this type of product, we use the brand name Supragraphite. The individual products mainly differ in carbon content and particle size; for these products, we modify the particle composition only by screening and homogenization to preserve other properties. The usual packaging is in paper bags and big bags.
The most common uses of our products are for carbon brushes, foundry applications, refractory materials, thermally conductive mortars and other building materials, and many other applications. A popular product is Supragraphite C 100 with a carbon content above 99.5%.

The listed products are also available in other series with the same particle size parameters but different carbon content.
Fine natural graphite
For very fine natural graphites, we use the brand name Micrographite. The individual products differ mainly in carbon content and particle size. For processing, we use a unique technology that further dries the powders, homogenizes particle distribution, and removes impurities. The usual packaging is in paper bags and big bags.
The most common uses of our products are as additives in plastics (improving sliding properties, antistatic properties, preventing aging, coloring), in powder metallurgy, for pencil leads, in lubricants, for friction materials (noise reduction, increased braking comfort), and a number of other applications. A popular product for lubricants is Micrographite C 4; for powder metallurgy, Micrographite C 6 has proven highly effective.

Natural Graphite with Enhanced Electrical Conductivity
For cases where the standard electrical conductivity of graphite is still not sufficient, we have developed a range of specially treated graphites under the brand name Condufit. These graphites are approximately 10 times more conductive than regular graphite. We usually supply these graphites in paper bags, but packaging in buckets or big bags is also possible. A popular product is the highly conductive Condufit C 4.

The listed products are also available in the F series with the same particle size parameters, meaning they have a minimum carbon content of 96%.
For comparison, the electrical resistance of standard graphites with the highest electrical conductivity is as follows: Micrographite C 3 – 1,460 Ω, Micrographite C 4 – 1,490 Ω, and Micrographite C 6 – 1,500 Ω. The above electrical resistance values are measured by our own laboratory method and are intended primarily to illustrate the comparative electrical conductivity of various materials.
Powder Mixtures of Natural Graphite
We produce and supply mixtures of natural graphite and other bulk materials such as bentonite, kaolin, talc, and molybdenum disulfide.
These bulk materials are carefully blended using our equipment to create a homogeneous mixture. We have confirmed that not only the right mixing equipment is important, but also the precise timing and homogenization process, to prevent re-separation of light and heavy particles. We perform laboratory control of both product quality and its homogeneity.
